Open Access Policy

Sustainable and Pedagogical Technologies (SPT) journal is dedicated to promoting open, equitable, and unrestricted access to scientific knowledge. As a fully open-access journal, SPT ensures that all published articles are freely available to readers worldwide without subscription fees or access barriers.

Free and Immediate Access

All articles are published with immediate open access on the journal’s website. Readers are free to read, download, copy, distribute, print, and link to the full texts of any article without seeking prior permission, provided that the original work is properly cited.

Licensing (CC BY 4.0)

SPT publishes all content under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. This license allows others to share, adapt, and build upon the work for any purpose—even commercially, requires that appropriate credit is given to the authors and the journal, and ensures transparency and responsible reuse of scholarly material.

No Publication Fees

SPT does not charge authors any fees at any stage of the publication process. There are no submission fees, no review fees, and no article processing charges (APCs). The journal is committed to supporting open-access publishing without financial barriers for authors or readers.

Archiving and Digital Preservation

To maintain long-term accessibility, SPT stores all published content in secure cloud-based digital archives and maintains multiple backup systems. These preservation practices ensure that all articles remain permanently available, even in the event of technical disruptions.
